A part of our countryside is called "De Weele", it is a watery area with beautiful landscapes and woods. You can enjoy the peace and quite on an early morning, or have a good time on a sunny day with your canoe. Also sailing with an original auction boat, you will see lots of farmland with cabbage, cauliflower or tulips growing for their famous bulbs.We found various bicycle trips in Westfriesland for you. To see the whole of Westfriesland you need more than a day, but a daytrip shows you many beautiful landscapes with water mills and wheat mills, farmland with a variation of agriculture, woods and picturesque villages. All kinds of outdoor games, sports and adventures are possible, our reception will give you all information. For a good diner and a good glass of wine or one of the finest beers, you can find our local restaurants and bars in the old harbor town of Enkhuizen.
